As head contractor, Cowley is proud to have delivered the full scope of civil, building, mechanical, and electrical works for the Greenfield to Milton to Waihola Pump Stations project. This included the construction and installation of four new pump stations and reservoirs—one at Milburn as part of the Milton to Waihola Water Scheme, and three at Lower Greenfield, Upper Greenfield, and Cairn Road for the Tuapeka/Balmoral Water Scheme.
The Milburn and Cairn Road sites feature chlorine dosing systems to enhance water quality, supporting the delivery of safe, reliable water to surrounding communities. Our team’s practical approach and strong coordination across multiple sites ensured efficient delivery and lasting results for the region.
