What’s been happening at CEDP? CEDP is on the move…
In July we will be moving our Allanton branch to Mosgiel. This exciting move will see us at 25 Factory Road in a combined showroom and workshop. A new Mosgiel Branch Manager has been appointed and we will introduce him over the next few weeks. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the official open date!
After getting together for a pre-winter catch up at the end of May we have been busy getting through the winter jobs while continuing with the bigger projects; The new dairy shed in Mataura is taking shape, the Greenfield Water Treatment Plant scheme is due to be handed over to the Council this month and the borefields are almost complete. We are in the middle of quite a few pulsator, cluster and pump upgrades, as well as helping with Winter Shut periods for Danone and Fonterra. We are working through the list of milking machine tests (see the winners of the vouchers below).
Jared and Murray, our Gore Manager, recently attended the Dairy Holdings Conference where Nick Rowe, the Southland and West Otago Farm Supervisor, was given award for ‘Outstanding Contribution’ for helping his staff through a wet Spring in Southland and West Otago. A big congratulations Nick!
AND George from Rutter Civil Ltd, who we partner with for their civil skills, was awarded the CCNZ Otago Young Contractor of the Year! Congrats George on all your hard work! Check out photo below of a recent joint project where over 5,000 metres of cable and pipe was run for the new Danone Centre Pivots.
