At Readale, we helped transform an existing 22-bail herringbone dairy shed into a modern 36-bail operation, giving the farm greater capacity and efficiency for the future.
The project included a full extension of the milking shed, along with a range of plant upgrades designed to improve performance, cow flow, and day-to-day operation. Modern technology was introduced throughout the shed, including electric cup removers, updated pulsators, a walk-over teat sprayer, and an auto drafting gate.
To support the expanded system, we upgraded the vacuum and milk pumps, installed new milk lines, extended the entry yard, and fitted a new Hecton grain feeding system complete with a silo.
The result is a smarter, more efficient dairy operation that combines increased throughput with modern automation, helping the Readale team get the most out of every milking.
